 QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Under the pressure of recent years competitiveness, SANEX focused on making the business more competing, by improving the quality of its products, better adapted to meet the customers demands.
Quality is, however, defined exactly as a constant care to meet the demands of the customers.
Having this idea as a starting point, the quality policy, established by SANEX management, considers as essential the necessity to constantly improve quality. This has become the leading principle that guides all Sanex activities.
By implementing the Quality Management System, which will be certified in the near future, we have created the tool that can be used by the management of the company to make sure that its policy and objectives concerning quality are put into practice and that all the requirements, mentioned in both internal and external regulatory documents, are fulfilled.
This way, SANEX products comply with the harmonized technical specifications - product standards, legal regulations for constructions and construction products, but also the legal requirements regarding the protection of the customer, as follows:
 The products comply with the requirements of the European harmonized standards SR EN 14411 "Ceramic tiles . Definitions, classification and marking".
The technical characteristics of the products are checked in conformity with the international and European standards, by SANEX Central Laboratory, which is licensed by RENAR- the National License Authority.
The products conformity according to the previously mentioned standard is certified by AEROQ- the national institution notified to certify construction products.
The products have an enclosed Declaration of Conformity upon delivery.
By means of a Declaration of Conformity and the package, the customer is informed about the main characteristics of the products, their intended use, but he can also find instructions for use, handling, storing and keeping of the ceramic tiles.
A warranty for complying with the harmonized technical specifications is represented by listing SANEX products in the Unique register for the construction products that have an attestation of conformity, a register managed by the Permanent Technical Council for Constructions.
